I just subscribed to your annual Quran Downloads service. I was interested in the downloads for the "Waheed Zafar Qasmi with Urdu translation", however, it seems to be missing sura #52. Could you please look into that and post it as soon as possible? Thanks!

I downloaded the Life of Mohamed Medina Period Vol 1 lectures of Imam Anwar Al Awlaki. I opened the files and I was only able to listen to only 1/3 of every lecture. It just doest go any forward. I have used several programs like windows media player and real player. Same things happens.I really want to listen to the full lectures. Pls reply soon.
The lectures from 1-8, which i have checked, does only work up to a certain point. I used the windows media player first and used other players to see whether that would work but it didn't. Thanks for the quick reply. Hope you could fix the problem soon.
I checked the first lecture using windows media player. I was able to unlock it then play it in its entirety without a problem. I think the cutoff is due a problem on your end. Have you tried to burn the CD and see if you can listen to it that way (on a CD)?
Otherwise, we'd have to do troubleshooting on your machine. Do you get any error messages? Can you check your computer's 'Event Viewer' registers any errors? (you can get to it by going to Start -> settings -> control panel -> administrative tools -> Even Viewer)
See if you find any entries that make sense in the 3 sections; 'application', 'security', and 'system'
I have purchased the total 40 credits for digital downloads and I have been trying to download track 6 of Noor All for you.
I downloaded successfully and to unlock the track I enter the info I got in your email and its not letting me do it. It can't authenticate me. I tried several other albums same thing. I am entering password with case sensitive.

I confirmed that your account has the credits, so you should be able to unlock. I also tested your login and password on a Meem Music file, I was able to get it. Please double check that you're entering your username and password properly. Are you getting a specific error message when you try that? thanks.

Assalamu alaikum. This is not really a support question, but I didn't know where to ask this. Are you all going to get the new Awakening Media 8-CD Set "Purification of the Soul" by Imam Suhaib Webb in digital download format? I am very interested.
I have purchased 40 credits and have downloaded a couple of tracks but I am unable to unlock them, I do not receive the unlock prompt to enter the username/password, everytime I play the track I receive access denied. Can you please help?

I have bought 100 credits to download Muhammad by Martin Lings. I have successfully unlocked CDs 2-4. However, when I tried to unlock the first CD I was unable to and I lost 20 credits. So now I only have 20 credits left and 2 CDs to unlock. Please help!

I tried to log in using the password I created earlier, and it will not let me log in. Was an alternate password created? I have requested repeatedly to have the password resent to me but I don't get any emails. I would greatly appreciate your attention to this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.
Check your 'bulk' or 'spam' folder in your yahoo email. Yahoo has an annoying habit of putting valid emails in bulk or spam. Alternatively call us to retrieve your password. I can't post it here.

If you are trying to use a file that you obtained from an online store, try going to the online store and getting the appropriate usage rights.
I recently downloaded Noor-All For You, and I was successfully able to listen to it on the computer. On the page that I downloaded it on, it says that you cna burn it on to a disc. I tried to burn it, but the player was saying that you cannot play the files because they are protected. How do I fix it? Thanks!
Salaam, I purchased the prohibition of riba lectures part one and two. I Can listen to part 2 on the computer and burn it to CD, however with part 1, i can only listen to it on the computer. When i try to burn it - a message pops up saying that i don't have the full license to burn it, even though i purchased it with credits and the file is unlocked on my computer.
I really want to listen to it in my car and thus need it burn't. Please help??
Asalamu Alaikum, I was able to burn the first part of the prohibition of riba series without a problem. Did you try to burn it before? There is a limit of 2 count of burn attempt to this lecture. I can't think of another reason for not being able to burn it. We can help you further if you can email us through the feedback page.
my order number is 1126 i bought a 100 credits to download nasheeds but when i right click on the nasheed and select "save target as" the nasheed downloads but doesn't let me play it or some reason.
Please go to https://www.jannah.com/shop/catalog/account_history.php and sign in. Click on your order history and retrieve order # 1126 details. There you will find the login and password you need to unlock the files you want. let us knwo if you still need help.

Hi there i purchased the Angels and Jinn lecture by Bilal Philips, and the length of it is 80 mins and 1 sec. I tried to burn it one but an error occured and it said that the file was too big for my 80min CD. Is there any way to shorten the file, so i can burn it? or any other suggestions. Thanks zim272
I just subscribed to your monthly Quran Downloads service. I started downloading readings by Saad al-Ghamadi, but after I downloaded my fifth file, the system told me that I had exceeded my daily limit. I was pretty sure that the monthly Quran service was an "unlimited service." (That is what it said when I bought it.) Do I have a daily download limit, or was this a mistake? Thanks! Eric

I have been a member for a while.And have been downloading many of the quran downloads from different reciters, I have not yet seen any quran downloads from Al sheikh Mahir al muaiqualy. He is one of the imams from Masjid Al Haram. He is one of the imams who led taraweeh prayers from last ramadan. Please post his downloads in the near future. It seems very confusing, and after reading the terms and conditions i only have 48 hours left to use it, and i dont want to waste my money. Can someone help, I dont know what i am doing.

Can you tell me the name of at least one lecture that does that so I can look into it?
You should open and play the files only in Windows Media Player. The other players are not supported or guaranteed to work.
